Yes — we provide free A4 swatches and small reel samples for evaluation. Shipping is typically at the buyer’s cost for the first round. For custom-coated samples or larger quantities, we’ll quote case by case.
MOQ depends on the adhesive system and face stock. For our standard jumbo rolls in production, MOQs are competitive. For custom coatings — non-standard adhesive weight, special face stock, private spec — MOQs are higher; share your project and we’ll give you a clear answer in writing.
Often, yes. Send us the technical data sheet (or a sample with the spec on the liner) and we’ll tell you honestly which of our adhesive systems and face stocks come closest — and where it might actually perform better.
For in-production standard materials, we typically ship within 7–14 working days of order confirmation. Custom coatings or specialty adhesives extend lead times — usually 3–4 weeks. We confirm a real date with the quote, never a placeholder.
We ship to converters, printers and brand owners across Asia, Europe, the Middle East and the Americas. We work with FOB Shanghai or Ningbo by default, and can quote CIF / DDP on request.
Absolutely. If your project involves a proprietary face stock, private label spec, or any confidential information, we’ll sign your NDA before the technical conversation starts. Just attach it to your brief.
