Our story, in three rolls.

Guanma began in Shanghai in 2010 as a small group of adhesive specialists who believed the label industry didn’t need another commodity supplier. It needed a manufacturer that would actually answer the phone at 9pm.

As the business grew, we built our own production base in Haiyan, Zhejiang — an hour south of Shanghai — and in 2019 formally founded Zhejiang Guanma Packaging Co., Ltd. The new facility lets us coat, slit, sheet and ship out of one building, which is the boring secret behind getting orders out on time.

Today we develop, produce and sell self-adhesive paper and film materials for converters and brand owners across more than twenty industries. The team has changed shape over the years; the rule hasn’t.

Six adhesive systems, one obsessive standard.
Self-adhesive is a chemistry problem dressed up as a paper problem. We run six adhesive systems in-house so we can match the right formula to your face stock, your substrate, your climate and your line speed — not the other way around.

Rubber adhesive
High initial tack, dependable on low-energy surfaces and rough corrugate. The workhorse of logistics and shipping labels.

Water-based acrylic
Clear, non-yellowing and shelf-stable. The default for food, beverage, personal care and anything that needs to look clean for two years.

Removable adhesive
Sticks confidently. Comes off cleanly. For promo labels, returnable assets and anything that absolutely cannot leave residue.

Hot-melt adhesive
Aggressive bond at high line speeds. Built for chilled environments, cardboard, and the corners labels usually fail on.

High & low temp
Adhesion that holds from freezer-cold logistics to engine-bay heat. Engineered for tire labels, industrial assets and cold chain.

UV adhesive
High-clarity, fast-cure, low-migration. For premium beverage, cosmetics and any label where the print has to look like glass.
